Subject: [onap-tsc] October 2020 technical event - It's time to propose sessions

Dear ONAP community members,

The Linux Foundation Networking October 2020 Virtual Technical Event is
approaching.
Please find all the details here:
https://wiki.lfnetworking.org/display/LN/2020+October+Virtual+Technical+Event<https://protect2.fireeye.com/v1/url?k=c5ef361d-983d2d45-c5eebd52-0cc47a31c8b4-32073fc39823882a&q=1&e=3c24f11e-900b-4404-a372-36376f1deafb&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwiki.lfnetworking.org%2Fdisplay%2FLN%2F2020%2BOctober%2BVirtual%2BTechnical%2BEvent>
Free registration is already open. Please register at your earliest convenience
so the LF staff can know how many attendees to expect.

For the ONAP sessions, the TSC decided to focus the event on three main
“themes”, reflected in the three proposed tracks:

  * Honolulu release working sessions track
  * “Global Requirements” track (Requirements not related to a specific use
case, as further defined in the glossary section here:
https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Release+Cadence+Proposal)
  *   ONAP demo track
While we realize there may be additional topics that will be worthy of
discussion by the time of the event, there will be a limited number of
timeslots due to the need to address multiple time zones on this three-day
event. If you have a discussion topic that does not fall into those three
categories, please schedule an ad-hoc community call before or after the event
and invite the relevant audience.

If you plan to present a session, please add it to the session proposals page:
https://wiki.lfnetworking.org/display/LN/2020+October+Virtual+Technical+Event+Topic+Proposals<https://protect2.fireeye.com/v1/url?k=fcb86b5d-a16a7005-fcb9e012-0cc47a31c8b4-248a38b879c31c24&q=1&e=3c24f11e-900b-4404-a372-36376f1deafb&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwiki.lfnetworking.org%2Fdisplay%2FLN%2F2020%2BOctober%2BVirtual%2BTechnical%2BEvent%2BTopic%2BProposals>
Submission deadline is September 25th – please don’t wait for the last moment.

If you have a topic proposal that may be of interest to the LFN community
at-large, please propose it under the “Cross-Community/General Topics” section.

If you have any questions, or not sure which track your session would fit,
please don’t hesitate to reach out to the ONAP representatives in the event
organizing committee:

Thank you,
