It wasn't the case at least a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, it's used in several places in OOM, for a lot of releases. That means that ALL ONAP deployments via OOM (El Alto, Frankfurt, Guilin, Master and the older ones) are broken now. I'm doing my best to mitigate the issue (I've created a JIRA: https://jira.onap.org/browse/OOM-2636) but of course, it doesn't help at the end of the release (and it's on top of dockerhub rate limit...)
