It finally worked. I aded the small little spaces before and after the double-quote and made Vfmodule_Ete_vFWCLvPKG_452156c1_1.py and lastVNF4HEATBRIGE.py exact same format. These were only changes i have done. I mean i just copied the format you've provided me in here.
I've already deleted all the resources from Openstack. The remains in the cave are gone now as well. But like you said, even if it creates the stack and instances in the OpenStack, it does not create the delete files if it fails.
