Hi Yukihiro Thank you very much for the information. Our current openstack environment is multinode devstack. We have already tried editing /etc/nova/nova.conf [cpu_mode=host-passthrough] in each node and restarting all the services using the command [sudo systemctl restart "devstack@n-*]. However the issue still prevails. We would be grateful if you give us some idea for changing the configuration in devstack during runtime.

In my case, due to no flag of sse4_2 at /proc/cpuinfo on the VM. Add cpu mode=host-model in /etc/nova/nova.conf and then to reload the conf, you restart OpenStack Nova.
