I think you have type and name flipped.
vnf-type should be the model name and vnf-name should be an instancename.
Although I could be interpreting your variable names incorrectly.

I was able to preload the data with GR-API module. Unfortunatly, at the VF
module instantiation, it gets error. I am not sure what it is missing.
