Hi Aniello, org.onap.dmaap.mr. PERFORMANCE_MEASUREMENTS topic is created by PM-Mapper. During the installation, it creates the publisher. Valid subscriber needs to be created to consume messages from this topic. Please confirm whether PM-Mapper is running and the subscriber is created?
