The Honolulu oparent POM file and instructions for its use can be found on the ONAP O-Parent (oparent)<https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=10783020> wiki. It has been updated with the recommended Honolulu versions for commonly used open source packages.
