Hello Sai, I think that there must be something in the generated certificates and keystore/truststore that isn't quite right for these 2 components to talk.
I think it may be worth to try out a plain swap of the dublin's policy-keystore with the one in the master branch ( https://git.onap.org/policy/pap/tree/packages/policy-pap-tarball/src/main/resources/etc/ssl/policy-keystore ) (or one from a honolulu lab) in the PAP container. This would be a blind replacement of dublin keystore with honolulu keystore, and you would need *no* changes in the CLAMP component. You'd still need to figure out how to place it in the pap container, at the runtime location: /opt/app/policy/pap/etc/ssl/policy-keystore.
