If I am correct, these parameters are not related to ONAP infra, but where you will deploy your services via ONAP (i.e. vm on OS, pod on K8S and cc) You can add a Kubernetes cluster via NBI configuration (cloudowner, region ecc.), you can also add an openstack cluster via SO config (region,tenant ecc)
