In guilin, policy and I believe sdc uses the cert-initializer, so they are 
generated on the fly at container instantiation.  I am not sure about aai.
If you are in elalto, you may be able to backport the certificate stores 
(keystore and truststore) generated on a guilin+ releases on an actual lab 
installation (since they are generated on the fly, it will have a newer 
expiration date).
I also recall a post from Bill R. pointing to the certificate location on newer 
releases on the mailing list if you could  check it out.
