Finally all the sdnc pods came up.
It worked
Adding cmpv2State: "California" in environment variable, and redeploy the pods
worked .

For enabling cert service we have enabled the properties in onap-all.yaml
We are using below deploy command -
helm deploy $RELEASE_NAME local/onap --namespace onap --set
global.masterPassword=onap@123<mailto:global.masterPassword=onap@123> -f
onap/resources/overrides/onap-all.yaml -f
onap/resources/overrides/environment.yaml -f
onap/resources/overrides/openstack.yaml --timeout 1200;
After deployment, In our env the cert service is running

Cert Service Configuration:
We are following below url:

Since addTesting Components: &testing true in onap-all.yaml, the
cmpServers.json file under ../test/ will be picked, Attaching cmpServers.json,
we haven't made any change to the stock file, please let us know if we need to
make any modification for proper enablement of cert service.

Try sdnc installation with following helm command
helm install dev-sdnc --debug local/sdnc --namespace onap -f
onap/resources/overrides/oom-cert-service-environment.yaml --set
global.masterPassword=guilin --timeout 1200s --set global.cmpv2Enabled=true
Some services doesn't have cluster IP because those are headless services, so
won't have cluster IP.
