This really looks to me like something is wrong with the mariadb pod. The PAP log shows that it worked for nine hours and then abruptly started failing, and that "Unhealthy" report from kubernetes would seem to indicate the same thing. As far as I know, we've never observed that in the lab, though we've reloaded it numerous times. Could try shutting down the policy-mariadb, policy-api, and policy-pap pods and then restart them.
