The error message from cfy_manager validate might be a clue (i.e., there
is something unusual about the OpenShift networking arrangements), but
it could be something unrelated. I suggest looking at the Cloudify
logs. They're in /var/log/cloudify on the Cloudify Manager container.
There should be subdirectories there for the console and the management
worker.
