The voting will end at noon UTC on Oct. 7th, 2021 340 ballots were sent and about 10% bounced. Quite a few of those being user unknown errors, but the rest appear to have been blocked at the company firewall level. I have sent a separate email to folks in the latter category with instructions on what to do to get a ballot from me.
