Hi all, I have been looking at CPS for storing YANG model configurations. CPS currently only supports JSON configuration payloads, not XML. This got me curious because NETCONF supports just XML as the payload type. I did some digging and found that SDNC uses ODL as a NETCONF client to communicate with the 5G devices as seen by this document: https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/5G+-+Configuration+with+NETCONF
My question is the following: does SDNC convert the JSON configuration payloads to XML format before sending them through the ODL NETCONF client to the device? Or Is the above document out of date and SDNC uses RESTCONF to communicate with the device? Any help would be appreciated, please let me know if more information is required or clarifications are needed. Thank you, Michael Pruss -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Links: You receive all messages sent to this group.
