Hi Rajendra, I haven't yet tried Option 2, because I'm still struggling with Option 1, now with instantiation of CN slice, long story short now I'm getting "Error from SDNC: No model found for service UUID 1b5d617f-b9aa-4e0d-a236-c166ec85eae5" which is fiveg service Model UUID. For your issue I suggest you see the latest SDC Template Design for Option 2: https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/SDC+Templates+Design, also I recommend checking this page: https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Network+Slicing+-+Issues+and+Solutions , there are listed known issues and solutions to them.
