TESTRANTOPNSST needs different policies than those that are contained in your package. Once again I recommend you to download package from gerrit link I have provided, delete all policies and then just run the automated script. Or if you don't want to do all that, delete all policies related to TESTRANTOPNSST, copy contents of trtnsst directory from this change to your nsi_policies (making copy of nsi_policies before overriding it's content just in case) and then generate and push policies for this service again.
