When you delete policies, you just delete what you have in gen_ directory. So If you had something with name "vnfPolicy_ServiceCORE" you delete this specific policy. Different which doesn't match your service won't be deleted. In this case first you have to generate policies for your service and then delete. Also have you verified before that your services match names with the ones in automated script? It is also crucial because they are case sensitive.
