I checked the log your attached.
For Slicing Task Management, UUI call this interface to get Slicing task list:
@GET("/api/so-orchestrationTasks/v4")
And for Slicing Resource Management, UUI call this interface to get Slicing
Business list:
@GET("/api/aai-business/v13/customers/customer/{global-customer-id}/service-subscriptions/service-subscription/{service-type}/service-instances?service-role=service-profile")
In my opinion, maybe you can check whether the two interfaces works well,

Hello Community,
We are working on Network Slice Use case Using ONAP Istanbul Version.
We are done with all the steps from manual configuration mentioned in below
link.
Network Slicing - Issues and Solutions - Developer Wiki - Confluence (onap.org)
We are able to create communication service using UUI, but we are still not
able to solve the following:
2)Slicing Task Management
=>Error:5G slicing task result query failed!
3)Slicing Resource Management
=>Error:"5G slicing order query failed!
Please find attached logs of UUI and UUI server.
Does anyone of you know how to resolve this issue?
