It's same issue('Certificate error in RansimController') as mentioned in a
following wiki page.

Is it fixed in 'ONAP Istanbul release'?
We tried to use work around of this issue but there is no 'var/custom-certs'
folder in following containers.
k8s_sdnc_onap-sdnc-0_onap_
k8s_sdnc-web_onap-sdnc-web-
Could you please tell us, from where we will get 'jssecacerts cert' file?
