It looks like the components are failing to register for distributions.
The logs don't show enough to identify the reason.
Can you turn on debug level logging in SDC (Change <logger
name="org.openecomp.sdc" level="INFO"/> to <logger
name="org.openecomp.sdc" level="DEBUG"/> in logback.xml on sdc be pod)
and restart one of the components that is failing to register (e.g. SO).
Look out for entries in the log file like:
#DEBUG#o.o.s.b.d.s.DistributionServlet##registerForDistribution
