Hi Mariano,

You can use below link to generate your client certificate for the 
Acumos-DCAE Adapter.

You do not need to generate a CA certificate but can use the CA 
certificate already generated by Acumos during its installation to sign 
it. This helps the client certificate to be easily recognized by the 
federation server later on. One important point is you should not 
encrypt the client key(option 5b) and no challenge password should be 
provided while generating the client certificate.
