Ok I did not believe it was related to SO but I saw it was happening from their initiated calls, and it kept happening in my gating runs, which I am not sure as to why, so thought to reach out. Seems like what you are saying is this is an intermittent infrastructure related thing that happens, and we should keep trying gating runs.
