Hi, I deployed ONAP (version kohn) on an EKS cluster using OOM. The deployment created a k8s service of type Load Balancer as well as an AWS Load Balancer. The IP of the AWS Load Balancer is listed as the "External IP" of the portal service. However, when I navigate to this IP and port that are listed, I do not see the ONAP portal; I instead receive an empty response. I think it may be for one of several reasons, but I'm not sure. * it could be because the portal-sdk pod has failed with an error and its status is "CrashLoopBackoff" * or because none of the EC2 instances attached to the load balancer are healthy (health check is pinging port 30225) * or because the security on the load balancer is not configured properly * or it could be some other reason entirely that I'm missing because I'm kind of a noob with these technologies.
