Hello Sudar,
    As far as I know, upgrades across releases are not well tested so a
full upgrade may not work. There are changes that happen across releases
and some of them may not be backward compatible.
If you do not have a lot of data, then you can just reinstall the newer
version.

As far as HA is concerned, NFS servers can become a single point of
failure. ONAP uses NFS for persistent volumes.
Please be aware that failure of the NFS server can bring down the entire
ONAP.
