When ONAP launched we quickly identified the need for many, many project and committee meetings. Almost instantly we were faced with many bridge conflicts and ramped up to 13 different Zoom accounts to accommodate everyone's needs. It has been quite some time since I've done any sort of meeting audit for ONAP and I've just spent the past 2 days doing so. As expected, a whole lot has changed and you'd expect as projects have evolved and morphed over time, so we no longer have either the need nor the budget for all of those accounts. Meetings that met the following criteria from Groups.io, the Wiki and Zoom as appropriate have been deprecated: * Any Zoom meeting series and its associated bridge that has not been launched since October 1st, 2023 * Meetings listed in the Groups.io calendar <https://lists.onap.org/g/onap-meetings/calendar> which did contain a valid Zoom Meeting ID * Meetings listed on the ONAP Meeting Wiki <https://wiki.onap.org/x/FwGLBQ> that did not correspond to a Groups.io calendar and/or to a valid Zoom Meeting ID Almost 30 different "dead" meeting series have been deprecated. You can see the full list in this message in the onap-meetings list <https://lists.onap.org/g/onap-meetings/message/9> If a particular or committee project wants to restart a meeting series there is no problem doing so. In the short term this will be done just as it has been in the past <https://wiki.onap.org/x/cAGTAw> , but sometime in Q1-2024 we will move all of the ONAP meetings over to the LFX platform similar to what we do with the PTL and TSC meetings. When we get ready for that we will make sure that everything gets migrated as seamlessly as we can. A separate email has already been sent to the meeting host list with instructions on how to change an existing meeting series or establish a new series should one be desired.
