Dear TSC, For your review, please find attached an updated version of the TSC Charter incorporating the votes and discussion from last week's TSC meeting and your feedback on the list. There are still several issues to discuss on this week's call:
* Section 5.2.2.2 eligibility for a coordinator role - we have two options; please review in preparation for voting on Thursday * Section 5.4.5 Architecture Committee - the text hasn't changed since the last version, but we didn't cover this last week and want to vote on it this week. * General discussion on subcommittees - since subcommittees were approved by a narrow margin, we want to revisit this topic to better understand the mixed reaction and make any updates as necessary. We are sending this draft with the intention that you review it in preparation for discussion and voting during our next TSC meeting.
