... The Chair of the TSC requested that we have a 2 hour meeting from 6:30am PDT to 8:30am PDT today, 4/27 and no objections were recorded... I believe this was understood by the TSC participating and has been documented in the minutes for the past week. We will start the meeting today at the prescribed time and as long as we maintain quorum throughout the duration of the 2 hour meeting, we will proceed with business. Any TSC members, if you have an issue with this, please raise it here. We have increased the meeting to 2 hours this week because we have several topics that we should close on in preparation for next week's face to face meeting. Best, Phil.
