Hi, A small group of community members discussed the feasibility of creating a fully virtual, cloud hosted, ONAP lab. Thanks for everyone who contributed.

If you are too busy to read, here is an executive summary: * A virtual lab could exist in addition to physical labs. * The scope of the virtual lab may be limited in the release 1 timeframe, where it will only host ONAP and control remote VNFs/PNFs running on physical labs. * There could be multiple usages for a virtual lab, including but not limited to CI/CD, Demos, Code development, Interoperability, etc. * There is an initial set of requirements from the cloud provider in the document, but it will be finalized once the use cases are finalized.
