Here is a request for the establishment other vulnerability management
sub-committee. The purpose of this is to have a small team that handles the
vulnerability notifications. It is to be a small team, as it has to act under
embargo.
Please note, that this will be a separate team from the security sub-committee,
even if membership was to overlap.
TSC subcommittee name: Vulnerability management (VnMn)
TSC subcommittee purpose:

vulnerability management procedures:

* All participants will self nominate to the TSC.

* The agreed participants will elect a chair.

Reporting Cadence: As required at the conclusion of vulnerability issues.
