case subcommittee kick off meeting:
1. General - introduction, charter
2. R1 use cases - status, questions, connection with projects, tracking
3. R2 use cases discussion kick off:
a. Timeframes for proposals
b. Possible use cases:
i.
Potential R1 use cases' extensions in R2
ii. New R2
use cases
