I understand it's hard to find a good time slot because the PTL meeting
participant spans most of the time zones.
Don't worry, I try to will reschedule the MSB meeting to avoid the conflict
with PTL meeting.

My apologies to all.
I was unaware there was an agreement reached in Beijing prohibiting meetings
between the hours of 6am and Midnight.
The suggestion was made for a 5:30 AM meeting and hearing no one on the call
raise an objection, I set that up.
Today I have started receiving IMs and emails from the community which have
both made me aware of the meeting time policy and have requested that I
reschedule the meeting.
The least impactful slot across the board would be to steal 1/2 hour from the
MSB Meeting’s time slot for the PTL meeting which is what I will need to do.
My apologies in advance to the MSB team for the inconvenience.
