Plan A is a single SDC application that would support both HEAT and TOSCA artifact imports which is the fundamental vision of merging the two projects. While it is not without some risk, it is the right solution. Alternate plans would result in two SDC's and in fact require more work to implement that would detract from success on plan A. If we are serious that success for ONAP is that it is a platform for future service provider services then we must address the hard problems of software integration and collectively focus on the success of the combined platform. SDC as the front door for service creation is arguably the most important to get right. I'm confident that with help from the community we can make Plan A work for Amsterdam and by focusing on that plan we can focus the resources and increase our comfort that we will meet the Amsterdam release date. I would like the TSC to approve focusing on Plan A for the SDC TOSCA support.
