For reasons unknown to me Wednesday is special. . .
Over a third of the weekly team meetings on the ONAP calendar occur on
Wednesdays, in addition to almost every ad-hoc meeting request I get.

In general I make it a point to space meeting bridges out by at least an hour
to avoid conflicts, however please be aware that if you schedule any -NEW-
meeting on a Wednesday I cannot guarantee that a bridge will be available even
if I schedule it.

On Wednesdays there is no buffer available between meeting bridge start and end
times; your meeting will not be able to start until the preceding meeting ends
and the bridge is closed. If the preceding meeting it runs long or if someone
forgets to disconnect from the bridge, you are just out of luck. Similarly if
your ad-hoc meeting runs long then you are likely keeping someone else from
starting their meeting.

If you feel that you required a dedicated bridge for yourself due to the number
of ONAP meetings you need to host, please open up a helpdesk ticket titled
“Dedicated Zoom Account” and I will see what I might be able to do.

Best Regards,
