There is only one docker remaining unreleased by COB of Bejing time, Wednesday.
I believe that Jess could finish releasing it by COB of Wednesday (EST).
The CSIT has recovered and everything is woring now.

This is to follow up on the PTL confidence vote we had on Mon, Nov 13.
During the review, nothing has been identified as a blocking item for final
disposition on Thurs, Nov 16 by TSC.
However, there are a couple of action items that we need to ensure closure by
Wed, Nov 15, COB.
