We are experiencing a situation where the Bitergia dashboard ( https://onap.biterg.io ) is suddenly displaying the majority of the community as "unknown". This issue was first identified last night at about 00:00 UTC and is known to have occurred again at around 03:00 UTC and again at 15:00 UTC. Thus far I've directly observed the problem incrementally self-correct over the course of an hour or so. All of this leads me to believe it is the result of a scheduled job running.
