Hi All, Don't know if this is helpful. Jira seems to be at its worst from about 11:00-15:00 UTC (One advantage of local time being ~UTC here). My speculation is that during these hours people in the east are finishing their day, people in Europe are in the middle of the day and people on the east coast of the Americas are starting their day, therefore during those four hours we have the heaviest load on Jira.
