Sylvain, The IP address can be modified pretty easily but 10.0.11.1 is the assigned IP in the dns zone files for the message router – its on the OAM LAN setup by ONAP’s heat based install.
For instance in ueb-listener config (for SDC model distribution) org.onap.ccsdk.sli.northbound.uebclient.msg-bus-address=10.0.11.1,10.0.11.1 Is the problem you are identifying that you are putting your DMaaP outside of the onap_oam network or using a different onap address scheme in HEAT deployments ?
