As mentioned at last week's TSC meeting, the LF should be the ones to initiate the subcommittee elections.

I am sorry that I have not yet kicked these off, but the TSC election has been a huge investment in time and resources and getting pushed back by a week did not help the timing of starting the subcommittee elections.
