Regarding the argument "the TSC candidate for Vodafone should be decided BY Vodafone", mere eligibility does not automatically confer membership. Anyone can run for a seat (or be nominated for a reserved seat), but you would still need to be elected by the community to be the one who represents your company. Thus, you only need to request that your external contractors should not run in the election, which they will comply with, since they work for you.
