Michal (and others), I agree with your tagging and exceptions. No open Medium/low defects is NOT a gate to the RC* cycles... working on them and submitting fixes for them can inject instability into the software, so for most projects it is recommended to NOT work on Medium and lower priority defects. Clearly OOM is an exception to some of the process guidelines in ONAP and we really should adjust the release process to accommodate OOM... that conversation is teed up for the DDF... Thanks, Jim
