Hi folks,
It was good to have a face-to-face meeting between ODL and ONAP today. A
few notes/action points from the meeting:
1. Distribution: Luis Gomez who is also the PTL of the OpenDaylight
Integration Distribution project will create a distribution specific to
ONAP. This will only have the components that ONAP needs. Due to this, ONAP
will need to work with Luis to let him know what components are needed or
any other questions he may have.
2. Security:
- ONAP will run the security scans on the distribution mentioned in
the previous point once it has been made available.
- The security team inside of ODL is lightly staffed. We are working
on staffing it but it will be a good idea to have this team shared across
ONAP & ODL projects and probably across the LFN projects. Casey Cain has
put this topic on the next TAC meeting agenda.
3. We need to have a periodic sync between ODL and ONAP. We can start
with monthly - but can adjust this frequency if needed.
