The VNFRTQS project committer list currently includes Wenyao Gan (China Mobile) and Andrei Kojukhov (Amdocs) who are no longer active on the project. I propose to remove them per the normal TSC process<https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=11929094>.
