Hi All, Welcome to the sixth daylight savings time change we’ve had in the ONAP Project and the Spring-time instance of my inbox blowing up with requests for meeting assistance. ;-)
Quick history recap: March of 2018 * The TSC agreed that the TSC meeting specifically would be locked to UTC and would not change to accommodate DST changes. https://wiki.onap.org/x/uhqEAQ March of 2019: * The TSC agreed that all ONAP meeting times would be published in UTC. https://wiki.onap.org/x/TGOzAg * Except for the TSC meeting itself, any other meetings could be moved back and forth with a DST change as desired by the team, provided that any resulting changes would be updated (meeting wiki page and groups.io calendar) to reflect the new UTC time. * The PTL meeting which had previously been meeting at 14:00 UTC / 06:00 pacific decided it would stick to the 06:00 pacific time slot and the meeting was changed to 13:00 UTC. October 2019: * The PTL meeting stayed with 06:00 pacific and the meeting time was changed accordingly to back 14:00 UTC So yes, following the US time change, the PTL meeting which is set to 06:00 pacific is now back to 13:00 UTC. The meeting had not been changed in groups.io or the wiki. I have just updated both. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Given that ONAP operates under a model where the community gets to decide whether a meeting time moves or stays-put following a time change (depending on how you personally define “moves” or “stays-put”) it is up to each meeting owner to take the appropriate action.
