Bcc'd to onap-discuss and onap-ptl

PTLs, Subcommittee Chairs and Meeting Owners:

The other day I sent out a note about cancelling your meetings in Groups.io.
This morning I discovered that most of you don't have the permission to do
this since you did not create the meetings originally. Thank you to those
that were able to cancel your meetings and my apologies to those who may
have tried and ran into problems.

In addition to clearing unnecessary meetings for Zoom bridge reassignment
during the VF2F, there is some more general calendar and bridge clean-up
that is required in the larger scheme of things from a security standpoint.
So even if you have already cancelled your meeting for next week please do
the following:

*       Go to https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/2020+Spring+Meeting+Audit
*       Look for your meeting
* Indicate whether your meeting needs to be kept next week, cancelled
next week or is an inactive meeting that is no longer needed and can be
deleted.

Any meetings that are blank on Monday, April 20 will be deleted!!

Thanks!

-kenny
