Dear Subcommittees, It is time (or past time) for several of you to have your annual elections. https://wiki.onap.org/x/4IZ9
It is up to every subcommittee to determine who qualifies as a member. When it comes to conducting an election wrangling membership lists thus far has generated an extensive amount of administrative overhead and intervention necessary on the part of LF staff and we can no longer be responsible for managing subcommittee membership lists. For this round of elections it is the full responsibility of each subcommittee to provide the list of email addresses for people qualified to receive ballots. Once I have received that from a subcommittee I will kick off the nominations accordingly. There cannot be more than one voting member per company. If someone is using a non-work address like a gmail account, the organization they represent needs to be noted in some fashion.
