Dear Ittay and VID ONAP Community, I would like to nominate myself for VID PTL role.
I’m an employee of AT&T since 2015 and have been an active contributor to various projects like vid, optf/has, portal and portal/sdk in ONAP. Some of my contributions include: 1. Closely working with the current PTL and committers for AT&T internal consumption. 2. Contributing to various User Stories and fixes in VID’s VF-Module Pause Instantiations. 3. Handing VF-Module Sequencing and Base Module rules. 4. Managing and contributing to CI/CD pipeline powering VID on various left-shit strategies like detailed unit, functional, e2e and integration testing. The pipeline runs over 4000 tests to make sure VID builds are stable for any target environment. 5. Earlier, I have been working on ONAP’s optf/has Cloud Homing and Optimization project and led many module development into the optimization suite. 6. Strong contribution in optf/has with the DevOps suite developed primarily by myself in the OOM project of ONAP. 7. Worked with ONAP/Linux foundation members in contributing on the setup of various release and test life-cycle Jenkin Jobs for various projects. 8. I have also contributed to early development of portal and portal-sdk when the project was initially conceived. Being aware of the ONAP development cycle from multiple projects including VID, I strongly feel to nominate myself as a PTL for VID application.
