(bcc'd to Arch, Control-Loop, CNF, Lab, Modeling, Requirements & Seccom,
subcommittees)

I'm afraid that I just keep digging myself a deeper hole trying to assist
with subcommittee elections. Ending up as the universal bottleneck for
ongoing elections is doing neither the community nor myself any good. While
I absolutely must manage a new subcommittee's very first chair election,
after that my only direct involvement should be resolving a process or
election disputes should they arise. A quick check with other PMs
reinforced that fact; they don't really get involved in anything other than
their TSC elections.

So I am going to fall in line with that and extricate myself from the
ongoing subcommittee election process. In the next couple of days I will
revamp the community governance pages and then send a notification out to
the subcommittees with instructions.

As always a sincere thanks for your continued patience an support as our
community governance continues to evolve.

Thanks!
