Team, I just added a comment to Guilin REQ issues whose status is NOT 'Done'. Since we are ending the Guilin release this week, these issues need to be updated as 'Done'.
I included the steps in Jira, but I will also include them here, for convenience. 1. If the issue was partially completed, add a comment describing what was done and what remains. 2. Update the "scope status" field to "reduced scope" 3. If this issue is being continued in Honolulu, create a link to the issue, and add a comment. 4. If this requirement includes any tasks, or other issues, resolve and close those issues, or move them to an open requirement. 5. Change the status of this issue to 'Done'.
