A few observations and requests for the Sponsors/Presenters
1. Thanks for being well prepared, I believe this has been one of the better
review sessions that we've had so far
2. Please make sure you update Your ARC JIRA with references to all the
materials you have presented
3. Starting with the Dec-08-2020 session, the ARC jira will remain open
until all the documentations presented are referenced
4. Some tips to help you better understand the 2 sections of the ArchCom
Status/Agenda wiki page:
* Section "Honolulu-R8 Release Requirements Scheduled for Review
(dd-Dec-2020)" lists all the ARC Jira's scheduled to be reviewed on the dd
date.
* Section "Architecture Reviews BACKLOG (for all 2020 releases)" lists
the ARC Jira tickets for the reviews that don't have a "Requested Review date"
assigned including those that are carried over from previous releases
* The 'Summary' field of each ARC Jira should be self-explanatory and
shows the release name and number followed by FUNC, NF, UC or PoC, indicating
Functional, Non-Functional, Use Case or Proof of Concept, respectively
5. The target completion date for all the reviews is Dec 15. I will be
inclined to schedule additional reviews, if needed, to make sure all the topics
are reviewed before the holiday break.
